Joyce has had thick toenails for many years. The doctor has a grinder tool that reshapes the nails as they should be. Joyce also has a bunion on her right foot. Little can be done for it, other than placing a Dr Shoal’s sponge donut over the bunion. Such a donut was applied.

I did take a prescription medication from my primary doctor about 5 months ago; for me it wasn't working fast enough. Dr Buckley assured me that the medication Will work and can take up to a year. I had been in excruciating pain for five days, in and out of urgent care and ER with no solution. I went to Roka Foot and Ankle Center and was so satisfied with the care provided. So professional but also personable, I was asked all of the appropriate questions and the office even reached out before my arrival and got all of my prior exams (xrays and ultrasounds) to be able to better diagnose my problem! Walked out feeling a sigh of relief and my pain was reduced by 80% the next morning. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic as they are very empathetic and caring about their patients and take their time to make sure you walk out feeling mentally and physically better!

Dr. Jacqueline Buckley is by far the BEST doctor I’ve seen across any practice of medicine. She is accommodating, she listens, asks follow up questions and goes out of her way to make sure her patients are seen and heard. I really do not know how to answer this question, since I was not there at the time that you saw Elisabeth Hannum at Arbor Village. I am just her legal guardian. I hope that you had a good "bed side" manner and that Elisabeth did nit object to letting you trim her toe nails. In the past with other podiatrists Elisabeth has objected vigorously and I was asked to be there to lessen her fears and let it be done. I do hope that was not the case with you and that it went well.
